Course Objectives:
  • The students in Healthy Aging - Principles of Posture and Flexibility classes will at least maintain their individual level of shoulder flexibility (rotator cuff flexibility).
  • The students in Healthy Aging – Principles of Posture and Flexibility classes will display their ability to manage physical health needs by at least maintaining their individual levels of lower back and hamstring flexibility.
  • The students in Healthy Aging-Principles of Posture and Flexibility classes will display their ability to manage physical health needs by at least obtaining a score of 90% on their written assessment.
  • The students in Healthy Aging – Principles of Posture and Flexibility classes will display their ability to manage physical health needs by at least maintaining their individual levels of balance.
