The IT Spotlight Award recognizes IT staff members who made a contribution to the IT Department or College Community and went ‘above and beyond’.

Cyndi is one of the ‘voices of Mt. SAC’ as a College switchboard operator. The switchboard team answers more than 12,000 calls a month.  Cyndi goes ‘above and beyond’ to help students, staff, and the community get correct information and access to campus resources. She is a patient listener, focused on providing the best possible service to each and every caller.
