CEQA, or the California Environmental Quality Act, is a statute that requires state and local agencies to identify the significant environmental impacts of their actions and to avoid or mitigate those impacts, if feasible.

On August 10, 2022 the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District will vote to adopt and certify the Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Mt. San Antonio College Radio and Communications Tower Replacement project.

Sand Volleyball, Wildlife Sanctuary, and Lot W Improvement Project

On January 12, 2022, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District voted to adopt and approve the addendum for the Modified Sand Volleyball, Wildlife Sanctuary, and Lot W Improvement Project ("Modified Project") to the 2018 Educational and Facilities Master Plan ("EFMP") Environmental Impact Report ("EIR"), and vote to approve the Modified Project  via Resolution No. 21-13.

Technology and Health Project

On May 12, 2021, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District adopted and certified of the Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Mt. San Antonio College Technology and Health Building project via Resolution No. 20-11.

On June 5, 2019, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District certified the Mt. SAC 2018 Educational and Facilities Master Plan (2018 EFMP) Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) via Resolution No. 18-22.
 
Transit Center Project

On December 12, 2018, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District adopted and certified the Final Initial Study/Negative Declaration for the Mt. San Antonio College Transit Center and approved the Transit Center project via Resolution No. 18-13.

West Parcel Solar (WPS) Project
On October 11, 2017, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District certified the Mt. San Antonio College West Parcel Solar Project Tiered  Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) via Resolution No. 17-03.
 
On October 11, 2017, The Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District authorized the commencement of Phase 1 Grading Operations only via Resolution No. 17-03.
 
Subsequent Project EIR (SEIR) for the Mt. San Antonio College Physical Education Project (PEP) (Phase 1, 2)

On August 9, 2017, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District certified the Mt. San Antonio College 2017 Physical Education Project (Phase 1, 2) Subsequent Project Final Environmental Impact Report  via Resolution No. 17-01.

Mt. San Antonio College 2015 Facilities Master Plan Update (FMPU) and Physical Education Projects (PEP) Subsequent Program/Project Environmental Impact Report (SEIR)
On October 12, 2016, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District certified the Mt. SAC 2015 Facilities Master Plan Update (FMPU) and Physical Education Projects (PEP) Subsequent Program and Project Final Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) via Resolution No. 16-02.
 
On October 12, 2016, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District authorized exemption from Local Zoning Ordinances for the Physical Education Projects (PEP) via Resolution No. 16-03.
 
CEQA Thresholds of Significance

On May 11, 2016, the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District approved and adopted the Mt. SAC 2016 CEQA Thresholds of Significance via Resolution No. 15-09.
