When you think of a Veteran, I hope you think of this simple fact: When this person signed up for the military, they took an oath to put their country before themselves. Furthermore, with the knowledge they might not come home one day. It doesn't matter how long they served, what job they had, deployed or not, they all made a sacrifice for their country. So, when you see a Veteran, I hope you are reminded of BRAVERY & SELFLESSNESS.

Lastly, there's a huge misconception of 'what a Veteran looks like.  Women serve right alongside the men. Please keep that in mind when you picture 'what a Veteran looks like.'
