Foreign Coursework Evaluation Services

Mt. San Antonio College accepts foreign coursework from some agencies that are certified by NACES® (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services) or AICE® (Association of International Credential Evaluators). Any submitted foreign college coursework evaluation will be evaluated by Mt. SAC to determine if any courses can be applied to your Mt. SAC degree requirements. Please note that these courses will only be considered for Mt. SAC and may not transfer to any other college. For those who plan to transfer to another college, please refer to their admissions and records office or registrar for foreign coursework evaluation guidance.

If you are submitting COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY transcripts, make sure that the evaluation is a “Detailed or Comprehensive” report that includes the following items:

    • Lower and Upper division course specifications
    • Name of the Institution, dates attended, degrees earned, and graduation dates
    • List the semester unit value and grade equivalencies
    • Calculates an overall Grade Point Average (G.P.A.)

Sealed official transcripts and evaluations must be hand-delivered to the Admissions and Records Office (Building 9B, First Floor) or mailed to the address below. Emailed, scanned, or faxed copies cannot be accepted even if send directly to Mt. SAC by the evaluation company.
