- Visit the IRS Tax Transcript website at https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript or call 1-800-908-9946, and follow the directions provided to request your 2019 IRS Tax Return Transcript.
- After receiving the IRS Tax Return Transcript, submit the transcript to the Mt. SAC Financial Aid Office at: 2019 Student IRS Tax Return Transcript .
