Meeting Agendas & Minutes

The Distance Learning Committee meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 1:15pm - 2:45pm when Fall and Spring terms are in session. There are no meetings during summer or winter intersessions. 

  • The Distance Learning Committee now uses the Community meeting platform to share meeting agendas from May 2025 forward.  Minutes are found in the next meeting's agenda. No login is required.

Need Help finding the Distance Learning Committee in Community?

There are several ways to locate the Distance Learning Committee agendas and minutes in the Community platform. See below for guidance. Youcan reach the committee's agenda and minutes from Calendar, Meetings, by Searching, or by using the right-side features to click on a calendar date, review "Today's Meetings," "Upcoming Meetings," or "Recent Meetings," if you are looking for a DLC meeting that fits those criteria. 

  • Find DLC under "Meetings" Tab

    In the main horizontal menu, select "MEETINGS" and then scroll. Entries of all groups and committees that meet are listed alphabetically. Look for the Distance Learning Committee box.

  • Find DLC under "Calendar" Tab

    In the main horizontal menu, select "CALENDAR" and navigate to the date you wish to review. You can also use the "Meeting Types" pull down at left just above the calendar to filter to "Distance Learning Committee" so it is easier to see. Click on the link within that date to see the agenda. MInutes are found within the agenda of the next meeting. 

    Select Calendar in top menu then navigate to the date of the meeting you wish to review.
