Important Open Enrollment Information
Open Enrollment has concluded and no changes can be made at this time.
Alternatively, you may make changes to your enrollment if you have a qualifying life event. A qualifying life event (QLE) is a certain change in your life situation that triggers a special enrollment window for you outside the annual Open Enrollment period, such as marriage/divorce, birth of a child, or gain/loss of coverage for you or your dependents.
To begin the QLE special enrollment process, please notify hrbenefits@mtsac.edu and upload the related dependent documents via Dropbox.
DEPENDENT DOCUMENTS:
If you are newly enrolling dependents in health coverage, dependent verification must be submitted to Human Resources. Dependent verification documents may be submitted securely through Dropbox.
