"Keep moving forward. I have been through hell and back, I have been knocked to my lowest moments where I literally didn't think I would survive, but here I am, standing tall. Dive into spirituality, not religion - the reality you want to create is within them. Meditate, focus on yourself, have an attitude of gratitude always, see the lesson in everything, eat healthy, and focus on self love. Study the law of attraction, it works every second whether you believe it or not, so might as well learn how to use it to your advantage."
