Restorative Justice (RJ) Volunteer Facilitators
RJ Volunteer Facilitators
If you believe you have the ability, willingness, and comfortability to facilitate, restorative practices e.g. social circles, conferences, for the employee community, we invite you to apply to the RJ Volunteer Facilitator role. RJ Volunteer Facilitators will receive training on how to facilitate restorative practices. The program will provide supportive consultation and facilitation services whether working to implement restorative approaches or working through incidents of conflict or loss.
RJ Facilitators will be asked to be available for up to 60 hours per calendar year. The 60 hours may include up to 24 hours of training and participating in ongoing RJ Program meetings. RJ Volunteer Facilitators are Mt. SAC employees who will be trained by the start of the Spring 2024 semester and offer RJ conferencing and circles by the Spring 2024 semester.
