My gratitude for helping me to continue my journey in education is immiscible. This is the first time I have applied for a scholarship and was introduced by an extraordinary professor. I am currently studying for my AT in communication disorders and plan to transfer to Fullerton University and work on my degree to become a Speech Pathologist. My second sister is twelve years old and was diagnosed with Autism a few years ago. She is borderline on the spectrum. She was given the ability to work with a speech pathologist. I admire how the impact of the speech pathologist helped make my sister's life easier when learning how to not struggle as before when communicating. I am the first of my siblings to be in college and plan to use this opportunity I see the beauty of being allowed to study a major of my choice nevertheless have the opportunity for people like you to help me continue this journey. You are not only helping me, my family, and those I will meet in the future. I hope to impact others just like you have to me. With all my heart I am truly grateful and will do my part in helping others learn of opportunities like these when in need of assistance just like me.
