If your external web links appear like the sample below, please use the Office 365 Decoder for each link before placing the links on your web page.

Safe Links is a security feature in Microsoft 365 designed to protect users from malicious links in emails and other Microsoft Office apps. If your external links do not end in a .html or .htm file, the web team will likely need to add those links to the exemption list in the CMS. First add the link to your page. If you are unable to publish the page due to link errors, please create a Help Desk Ticket for the Web & Portal Team who can approve the individual links.
