The Design of products, devices, services, or environments to ensure all people have access regardless of their mental or physical abilities.

Why Accessibility?

• Because it is the law (29 U.S.C. § 794, 20 U.S.C. § 1405, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, Gov. Code § 11135)
• Because failure to ensure accessibility can lead to expensive lawsuits
• Because our mission is “to support all students in achieving their educational goal”
• Because it is the right thing to do
