Mt. SAC Library Tournament of Books Only Eight Books Remain Vote Today!

The Mt. SAC Library’s From Shelf to Screen tournament of books continues to deliver March Madness excitement!

 

After the Sweet Sixteen round, half the remaining books have been knocked out, leaving just eight titles in the “Elite Eight” round.

 

The Sweet Sixteen didn’t disappoint and delivered a mix of surprises and close calls:

• Pride and Prejudice knocked The Princess Bride out of the bracket. Inconceivable!

• Romeo and Juliet edged past The Color Purple in a razor-thin 51% to 49% thriller.

Now the remaining books — which inspired popular movies and TV shows — face off and your vote decides who advances to the Final Four.
