Preparing for Your Event

As you prepare for your event in partnership with POD, the following items will provide guidance as you determine the needs for your presentation. Pay careful attention to the timeline as multiple action items will be time sensitive. Your POD liaison will provide guidance throughout the process.

  • Submit a POD Activity Request Form
    • Identify date(s), time, and session format (in-person or online)
      • Determine online meeting type, standard Zoom session or Zoom webinar
        • POD will create the online event
      • In-person event
        • Identify room needs and who will reserve the room
        • Identify catering needs if any
          • Will food be offered? POD will submit order
          • Identify funding source and provide account string
        • Determine Professional Growth credits
