Mt. SAC Invites Community to Inaugural State of the College

WALNUT, Calif. — Mt. San Antonio College invites community members, business and education partners, alumni, employees and students to its inaugural State of the College on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 4 p.m. in the Student Center Summit Event Center. A reception will follow.

As Mt. SAC celebrates its 80th anniversary, the event will celebrate the people and achievements that have shaped the College while offering a glimpse of what comes next.

President/CEO Dr. Martha Garcia will share Mt. SAC’s priorities and vision for the future through student stories, short videos and highlights from across the College, reflecting its commitment to Empowering Minds. Elevating Futures.

“Our students are at the heart of everything we do at Mt. SAC, and their achievements remind us of what is possible when opportunity is met with support and a community believes in their potential,” said Dr. Garcia.  “As we celebrate 80 years of transforming lives through education, our State of the College event is an opportunity to celebrate our students and their achievements, reflect on how far we have come together, and look ahead with purpose and excitement to the next chapter of Mt. SAC.”
