CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: 4-17-2020

- Students may now change grading option from a letter grade to a Pass or No Pass (P or NP) for some courses
- A grade of Pass is earned for coursework equivalent to a C grade or better
- These are not used for Grade Point Average (GPA); however, Pass or No Pass marks will appear on the transcript
- Students should consult with a counselor before deciding
- Some colleges, universities, licensing bodies etc. may require a letter grade
- A course may be changed to P or NP through the Student Portal
- Deadlines vary by class
- Most classes and coursework went online starting March 29, 2020
- Many Student Services went online as well
- Campus continues to be closed
- Student laptop loan program available
- Parking permits extended through Fall 2020 semester OR reimbursed
- Deadline to withdraw extended to Sunday, June 7
- Enrollment fee refunds to withdrawals or if class is cancelled
- Work study and student assistants will continue to be paid, but not required to work
