CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: 4-17-2020

• Students may now change grading option from a letter grade to a Pass or No Pass (P or NP) for some courses
• A grade of Pass is earned for coursework equivalent to a C grade or better 
• These are  not used for Grade Point Average (GPA); however, Pass or No Pass marks will appear on the transcript 
• Students should consult with a counselor before deciding
• Some colleges, universities, licensing bodies etc. may require a letter grade
• A course may be changed to P or NP through the Student Portal
• Deadlines vary by class
• Most classes and coursework went online starting March 29, 2020
• Many Student Services  went online as well
• Campus continues to be closed
• Student laptop loan program available
• Parking permits extended through Fall 2020 semester OR reimbursed
• Deadline to withdraw extended to Sunday, June 7
• Enrollment fee refunds to withdrawals or if class is cancelled
• Work study and student assistants will continue to be paid, but not required to work
