Chelsea Adelman - 2017 Kepler & ESSRG

Since receiving the Kepler Scholarship, the opportunities have been amazing! On the night of the Kepler ceremony (it was a surprise to me) they announced that I had also become a recipient for the Redinger grant. This was an AMAZING opportunity to experience research like I had never experienced before. I have had the opportunity to work closely with a few Astronomy professors as an Astronomy Lab Assistant. These opportunities have changed my life in the greatest way possible, it has instilled a sturdy level of confidence within me, needed to continue in the studies of astrophysics. Thank you so much!
