Introduction to
Emotional Intelligence and Diversity

 

Developing the capacity to understand and manage feelings and deal effectively with others, no matter how great the differences, is a critical competence in today’s diverse workplace. Emotional Intelligence and Diversity (EID) is an intentional, conscious process that enables you to gain understanding and mastery over your emotions.

In this one-day training you will develop the following EID competencies:  Affirmative Introspection, Intercultural Literacy, Social Architecting, and Self-Governance.
