There are some other options to pursue having completed our Medical Services programs. EMS is becoming an ever-increasing academic focus for those in EMS and the Fire Service.

Loma Linda University Medical Center offers a B.S. in Emergency Medical Services.  Their program receives its highest number of candidates from Mt. SAC. National Registry Pass Rates: 

We have for the past several years running maintained a 100% first-time written exam pass rate on the NREMT exam at the Paramedic level for all graduates of those years.  Over the history of the program, the average rate has been roughly 99+% on the first attempt.
