Mt. SAC Important Message

Mt. SAC is aware of a fire in La Verne approximately one mile from Brackett Field. There is no impact on the college’s Brackett Field operations at this time. We are monitoring the situation with faculty and staff at the location, as well as air quality for the Mt. SAC campus. We will provide updates as needed.

Temporary Vacancy on Board

Due to an approved leave of absence for the military deployment of a trustee, there is a temporary interim vacancy in Trustee Area 5.  The Board of Trustees is soliciting applications for persons wishing to serve as a temporary interim appointed member of the Board representing Area 5 (Hacienda Heights and La Puente).  The appointed individual will serve until the end of the deployment which shall be no later than August 16, 2020.

Required materials are due no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019.
