The 2026 Spring Semester opened on Monday, and we hope you are ready to reach your educational goals this year, Mounties.

Now, let’s work toward earning your degrees and certificates.

During this semester, you can take extra classes and be one step closer to graduation.

Open seats are still available. To find and claim yours now, visit https://www.mtsac.edu/schedule/spring.html.

To help you stay on track in 2026, here are helpful tips to guide you on your way:

GOOGLE EMAIL + APPS

Official student communications will be through your campus email, a free email service from Google Gmail. Students will also have free access to Google Apps, including Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, and more. Access it through the Mt. SAC Portal. LOGGING INTO ONLINE CLASSES

Online classes are held through Canvas, our online learning system. You can find the link to Canvas in the Mt. SAC Portal (at the top of the website). We have a comprehensive website with information about studying with Mt. SAC Online. It includes information on Getting Started Online and Student Resources, including how to get tutoring, counseling, and more.

Parking permits are now virtual and can be obtained through the Mt. SAC Portal, https://www.tocite.net/mtsac/portal, log in and fill out your vehicle's information. Parking permits are not required in any of the Student Lots for the first two weeks of the Fall and Spring semester.
