Sports Nutrition Education Program

The Sports Nutrition Education Program is a new program launched through the collaboration of the Kinesiology Department and the Nutrition & Foods Department. SNEP is an informational resource for student athletes at Mt. SAC. It is also a place where Mt. SAC coaches can request nutrition workshops to be presented to their teams.

Mt. SAC's Kinesiology Division is dedicated to fueling our athletes on and off the field, court, track, mat, and pool. This site will provide student athletes with tips for eating well before, after and during your training and competition.
