Campus Equity & Diversity Committee Goals

  1. Communicate to the campus community by maintaining an up-to-date website. 
  2. Review the Equal Employment Opportunity Plan and make ongoing recommendations.
  3. Review college employment practices and develop recommendations to ensure that such practices reflect a sensitivity to and understanding of student and employee diversity.
  4. Ensure that employment policies and practices eliminate bias and unlawful discrimination in recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotional processes.
  5. Communicate recommendations and EEO related policies and adopted policies to the District and to the campus community.
