Join the Mt. SAC Management Program as we kick off our Meet the Executives: Diversity in Leadership segment! In this series we celebrate diverse leaders; students will hear from supply chain executives who have excelled in the field of logistics -- students will have the opportunity to ask questions through a Q&A format. Learn what tools are needed and how to succeed in the world of Supply Chain. Be inspired as we celebrate these diverse individuals!

About the Speakers
Ruben Gonzalez
Ruben Gonzalez is a 35 Year Veteran in the fulfillment, printing, promotions & marketing industry. He began career as an order puller/forklift driver and worked up through the organization to become the VP of Operations and transitioned into business development/strategic planning.
Ruben started with the Dot in 1996, helped to build the Dot from a start up to a market leading organization with year over year profitable growth. The Dot offers product & literature fulfillment, direct mail & printing solutions.
Ruben co-founded MentorShipped April 2021, a non-profit focused on work force development providing part time work, with hard and soft skill training for high school students.
Mohib Hamidi
Mohib Hamidi graduated from UCLA with a degree in Political Science in 2009. In 2016, he started National Career Advancement Institute. At NCAI, their aim is to serve as the bridge between education and vocation. They offer accelerated courses designed to jump start the professional lives of young adults ages 18-24, transitional veterans, and individuals from at-promise communities.
In 2019, Mohib founded Knock Logistics who is contracted with Amazon.
Justin Humphery-Ude
Justin Humphery-Ude has an extensive background in business supply chain leadership and operations,
bringing over 17 years of experience to his position. Prior to joining Nike, he held
various leadership positions with other companies, including Distribution Center Assistant
General Manager with Walgreens, Operations Group Leader for Target Corporation, Senior
Process Leader for Miller Coors Brewing Company, Distribution/Fulfillment Director
for Pier 1 Imports, and most recently Senior Director of Supply Chain for Stater Bros.
In addition, Justin serves as Vice President of the Distribution Management Association
of Southern California. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration
and Entrepreneurial Management from California State University San Bernardino.
