Mentoring March
Join the Mt. SAC Management Program as we kick off our Mentoring March segment! In this series we hear from young professionals studying and working in the Supply Chain Management industry. Students will have the opportunity hear from other students and their perspective. Participants will be able to ask questions through a Q&A format. Learn what tools are needed and how to succeed in the world of Supply Chain. Be inspired as we celebrate these diverse individuals!

About the Speakers
Jack Specter
Jack Specter is a student at California State University Fullerton. He is currently a senior studying Business Operations: Supply Chain Management. He is the current President of the Association for Operations and Supply Chain Management at California State University Fullerton.
After moving from Los Angeles to Fullerton, he immediately took a position as a Supply Chain Associate at the Fortune 500 supply chain solutions company, Fastenal. After four months he received an offer as a Strategic Raw Material Purchaser intern at a local military and defense company named Ametek FMH. Upon completion of his internship, he received an offer at one of the world's largest logistic companies, J.B. Hunt, as an Operations Management intern. After finishing his time at J.B. Hunt, he is temporarily returning to Ametek FMH as a Supply Chain Management intern until May of 2023.
This summer Jack is going to work as a Risk and Financial Advisory Intern at the world's largest professional services firm and to be considered number one of the Big Four accounting firms, Deloitte. Jack’s current goal is to connect young professionals with each other and develop relationships that will last for a lifetime.
Justin Lu
Justin Lu is currently the CEO of Ezpapel, with a mission to make life easier for everyone in trucking by providing an all-in-one platform to start, run, and grow a trucking company.
Justin is a second-generation trucker. Prior to founding Ezpapel, Justin helped his dad scale the trucking business from $1M to $20M in 3 years. He is an expert in hacking growth with limited resources.
Prior to joining the trucking industry, Justin was an operations manager at Amazon and launched a robotics fulfillment center in Sacramento after he graduated with a mathematics degree from UC Davis.
Edgar Olivar
Edgar Olivar is a first-generation college student; transferred from East Los Angeles College (ELAC). Prior to attending Cal Poly Pomona, Edgar did not have a lot of knowledge about supply chain. He became friends with a professor who informed him about Operations Management Society (CSCMP). Edgar joined the organization and met many wonderful people at CSCMP. He has participated in three internships thus far (with a fourth internship this summer).
Edgar's goal is to help his community and encourage students to achieve their goals. Fun fact about Edgar is he enjoys barbecuing and he plays competitive Esports.
