Executive Board

 

About

The Executive Board (E-Board) is the leadership team that is comprised of the positions below who serve as the regulating branch of Associated Students (A.S.). 

Positions

  • A.S. President - Voting member 
  • A.S. Vice President - Voting member
  • Two (2) Senate Chairs - Voting member
  • Two (2) ICC Co-Chairs - Voting member 
  • Student Trustee - Non-Voting member

A.S. Officers

Eligibility & Responsibilities
  • Run for office during a general elections process, held every April. Elected officers take office July 1st
  • Must be available every Tuesday and Thursday 3:00pm – 5:30pm
  • Must be available every 1st and 3rd Monday from 1:00pm-2:00pm (ICC Co-Chairs only)
  • Have completed one (1) semester at Mt. SAC and 6 graded units with a 2.5 cumulative GPA
  • Must be enrolled in at least 5 units and maintain a 2.0 semester GPA
  • Pay the Student Activities Fee of $15.00 each semester
  • Have no discipline record on file with the College
  • Complete an Executive Board application

Student Trustee

Eligibility & Responsibilities
  • Run for office during a general elections process, held every April. Student Trustee takes office June 1st
  • Pay the Student Activities Fee of $15.00 each semester
  • Complete an Executive Board application
