Hi! I'm an Instructional Designer (ID) in the Faculty Center for Learning Technology (FCLT). We are a faculty-facing service for Instructional Design and Instructional Technology. Via workshops and other resources, we support all Mt. SAC professors with designing effective learning experiences for their students in any modality and with using educational technology in their teaching.
Prior to joining FCLT, I worked as the Supplemental Instruction (SI) Program Coordinator in the Academic Support & Achievement Center (ASAC); earned a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Cal State Fullerton; and taught Tutor 10C, Tutoring as a Supplemental Instructor. I am passionate about DEISA+ efforts and participate in DEISA+ initiatives both on and off campus.
Fun Facts: I began working at Mt. SAC in 1998 as an English tutor in the ASAC while I was attending Mt. SAC as a student. I went on to earn my Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with an emphasis in Photography from Cal State LA and to hold various other positions in the ASAC until I became the SI coordinator.
