Mt. SAC is aware of a fire in La Verne approximately one mile from Brackett Field. There is no impact on the college’s Brackett Field operations at this time. We are monitoring the situation with faculty and staff at the location, as well as air quality for the Mt. SAC campus. We will provide updates as needed.

WATCH: Equestrian Team Takes Regional Championship

Mt. SAC's Equine Unit runs an Equestrian Team, and Sara Gonzales, the team's captain, became  Northern California regional champion in March 2022. In this video, Sara tells her story on what it takes to become a champion, and why Mt. SAC was competing in the Northern California region this year. Watch in 4K.
