VIDEO: Mt. SAC Academy Now Taking Applications

High school student may be able to earn up to 80% of their Associate degree at the Mt. SAC Early College Academy, a 9th–12th grade high school in the West Covina Unified School District, run in partnership with Mt. SAC. The school is now accepting applications for new students (9th and 10th grade) and is open to any California student. The following video tells you what the Academy offers.

While Mt. SAC has an extensive Dual Enrollment program, where faculty teach college courses in nearby high schools, the Early College Academy is entirely focused around providing a more complete collegiate atmosphere and more extensive offerings of college level courses. A student at the Mt. SAC Early College Academy can earn up to 50 units of college credit. It takes 60 units to earn an associate degree at Mt. SAC.
