Regina Stanback Stroud to Headline Black History Month Address

The Umoja Aspire Program presents the 2022 Black History Month Address on February
3, at 1:00pm.
The event will be held virtually with guest speaker Dr. Regina Stanback Stroud, who will be making the address “Where Do We Go From Here”.
Aspire’s information on the event states that, “Dr. Regina Stanback Stroud is an anti-racist
activist and committed practitioner, who has dedicated 35 years of her life’s work
to higher education, serving as a CCC Chancellor, President, Vice President of Instruction,
Dean and Professor of Nursing.”
According to her Wikipedia entry, Stroud, “was appointed by President Barack Obama to the President's Advisory Council on Financial Capability for Young Americans.”
