Mt. San Antonio College, in recognition of National Drive Electric Week, invites electric vehicle owners and the electric vehicle curious to campus Saturday.

The free event will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Gateway Parking Structure at the southwest corner of Temple and Bonita avenues. The community is invited to attend to connect with electric vehicle owners, sellers, and enthusiasts, and learn more about available incentive programs to help make their next vehicle a low or zero emissions vehicle.

The event is being held in partnership with the South Coast Air Quality Management District and the EV Association of Southern California. National Drive Electric Week, which runs through Sunday, is a nationwide celebration to raise awareness of the many benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid cars, trucks, bikes and motorcycles.

Mt. SAC currently boasts nearly 70 electric vehicle charging stations on campus, and is home to a new transit center that features alternatively fueled buses.
