Family Science Festival Nov. 3

In conjunction with National Chemistry Week, the Mt. SAC Chemistry Department will host a day full of science activities during the Family Science Festival on Saturday, Nov. 3, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the college’s Natural Sciences Complex, buildings 7, 60, and 61. This event is free and open to the public.

The festival activities include chemistry demonstrations, hands-on experiments, robotics demonstrations, and planetarium shows as well as games and crafts for children and adults.

The event is held to celebrate and promote an interest in chemistry and science.
