VP Honored with Student Affairs Award

Student Services Vice President Audrey Yamagata-Noji was the recipient of the Scott Goodnight Award from the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) during the association’s western regional conference on Nov. 6 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

 The award acknowledges a dean or vice president who has demonstrated sustained professional achievement, innovation, and leadership in the student affairs area.

Serving as Student Services Vice President at Mt. SAC since 1996, Yamagata-Noji has over 30 years of service on the Santa Ana Unified School Board and is the previous recipient of the Dr. John W. Rice Diversity and Equity Award.

NASPA has over 15,000 members in all 50 states and 25 countries.
