Free Certificate in Equity Issues

Students and employees of Mt. SAC are invited to earn a free certificate in Racial Micro-aggressions or Unconscious Bias this spring. This is made possible through the CORA Equity in Education program led by Dr. Frank Harris II and Dr. J. Luke Wood.
The certificate program allows for participants to join learning cohorts. The program includes an orientation meeting, 15 hours of independent study, a mid-cohort live discussion, as well as a closing discussion and celebration. Orientation meetings will be:
- Wednesday, April 21, from 12-1 p.m.
- Thursday, April 22, from 4-5 p.m.
- Friday, April 23, from 1-2 p.m.
