Stress Reduction

Professional and Organizational Development will offer a one-hour class, “Stress Reduction,” on Thursday, Apr. 26, 1 to 2 p.m. This course helps employees identify their sources of stress and learn the coping skills they need to manage and reduce their stress levels.
