Employee Wellness Fair

Mt. SAC will hold its annual Employee Wellness Fair on Friday, Nov. 3, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in front of the Administration Building, building 4.
Health and wellness vendors, blood pressure and biometric screenings, and giveaways will all be a part of the fair.
Included this year are an outdoor employee yoga class from noon to 1 p.m. and a body movement workshop from 1:30 to 2 p.m.
