Foos in Medicine influencers to speak on campus

Mt. SAC and the Cisneros Foundation invite all students to Foos in Medicine, a free event on Thursday with social media influencers Irvin Garcia Real and Alexis Ivan Aleman.

Students studying in medical fields or those interested in a career in healthcare will be inspired to hear how these two first-generation Latino students are navigating medical school

The two students currently in their third year of medical school at UCLA will share their journey, discuss the admissions process, the realities of medical school, and highlight the importance of representation in healthcare.
