In 2017, when the doors open to the renovated Hilmer Lodge Stadium, so will the doors of the Heritage Hall Education Center. With the help of our supporters, we will finally have a home for the iconic history of Mt. SAC Athletics – a place where we can all gather to remember, learn, and be inspired.

At the Heritage Hall Education Center, we will honor the legendary athletes who helped Mt. SAC earn its sterling reputation, celebrate today’s champions, and inspire the record breakers of tomorrow.

The Heritage Hall Education Center will pay tribute to the iconic athletes, coaches, and alumni who have broken records at Hilmer Lodge Stadium, earned their titles with the Mt. SAC Mounties, and made groundbreaking contributions to the world of athletics.

Our athletics program is the best community college athletics program in the country. In 2015, the Mt. SAC Athletics Program was awarded the Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup, the most prestigious award a collegiate athletics program can earn.

As we look toward the future, we know that there will be more historic moments, more records broken, more titles earned, more Olympians, Olympic hopefuls, legendary athletes and coaches to celebrate. It is time to give these great stories a home.

Today, the prestigious history of Mt. SAC Athletics is preserved in the hearts and minds of those who have experienced it. The Heritage Hall Education Center will allow us to record and preserve the history that has made Mt. SAC Athletics one of the best college athletics programs in the country. It will give alumni and fans a place to relive the historic moments. It will give our students a place to learn about the greats who came before them. It will help us educate and inspire our champions in the classroom, in competition and in the community.
