Ronda wore several hats at the payroll company: Accountant, Controller, Customer Service Manager, Transition Manager, Human Resource Manager, Tax Manager, and ultimately Vice President of Operations. The experiences she encountered in business has allowed her to develop and apply tried and true processes, has given her exposure to a multitude of accounting, payroll and HR questions and concerns, and has allowed her the ability to mentor those entering the fields of accounting and payroll.

Over the years, Ronda's heart was in education, So she returned to her dream job of teaching! Teaching is Ronda's true passion. Knowing that she can help another in any way, brings joy to her heart. Teaching helps her do that. Kevin KurimotoKevin Kurimoto

Even as an undergrad student, Kevin had a strong affinity towards investing. In trying to increase his financial knowledge base, Kevin was led to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional. Kevin loves the problem-solving aspect of the job. It is similar to solving a puzzle since a large portion of the client relationship is understanding “who” is truly sitting across from you – who they are, what they value, and why. From there, the planning aspect of the job involves fitting all those pieces together into a comprehensive plan. Whether that be planning for retirement or a child’s future college, he loves being able to piece together multiple scenarios and help his clients chart the best way forward.

Kevin attended Mt. San Antonio College, Azusa Pacific University, and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional in 2008, an M.S. in 2013, and earned the CFA® certification in 2018.
