Emerging Leaders
Join the Mt. SAC Management Program as we kick off our Emerging Leaders segment! In this series we hear from recent graduates who majored in Business. Students will have the opportunity hear their experiences as business students and as young professionals. Participants will be able to ask questions through a Q&A format. Learn how to get the most of your education. Be inspired as we celebrate these up and coming professionals!

About the Speakers
Daniel Zoubtsov
Daniel Zoubtsov is a motivated young man who is currently a Senior from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration, with a double concentration in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Finance. Daniel continuously exhibits great problem-solving ability, technological talent, and a passion towards attention to detail from his time as a Global Supply Chain Intern at Northrop Grumman for two summers.
Throughout his college years, Daniel has been involved with various clubs and organizations, including Titan Consulting and AOSCM. Furthermore, through professional connections and personal friendships, he was able to gain valuable experiences through work experience at companies such as Fastenal. He intends to continue his career in Global Supply Chain and hopefully pursue an MS and Six Sigma Belt Certifications in the near future.
Terry Sittisadjuatum
Terry Sittisadjatum is the former Interim President of Cal Poly Pomona's Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Terry connected students with industry professionals by organizing site tours and networking events both within the university and in collaboration with other universities.
His internship at Central Garden and Pet sparked a passion for planning and analytics, which he hopes to build into a career focused on data-driven decision-making and sustainable supply chain solutions.
Austin Bauman
Austin Bauman is currently a second-year MBA student at the University of California, Riverside, with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics in 2024, and has since applied the analytical and abstract thinking skills from that program to his graduate studies and professional development.
As a current member of the Supply Chain Society (SCS) at UCR, Austin serves in the role of Outreach. In this position, his goal is to connect with business leaders and expand opportunities for fellow students to engage with the field of supply chain management. He aims to strengthen the club's network and build meaningful relationships that enhance student involvement and career development within the program.
Over the past summer, Austin has had the opportunity to intern with Target, where he applied the leadership and operational knowledge he gained through the MBA program in a real world business setting. Outside of academics and professional pursuits, Austin enjoys playing the guitar, participating in softball, and traveling.
