Puzzle Project Workshops

Welcome students!

The Puzzle Project was created based on the UCLA Program Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS) model by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson. The instructors of Puzzle Project are all PEERS certified and teach from the book PEERS for Young Adults. The topics covered in the 14 workshops include:
Academic Counseling
Stress Management
Social Skills training (entering/exiting conversations, dating, handling disagreements, etc.)

Time Commitment

The skill building workshops take place on campus and are held Friday from 11-12:30 PM during Spring and Fall semesters.
One-on-one peer mentors sessions take place on campus twice weekly (2 hours total). Schedules are arranged at the beginning of the semesters and remain consistent.
