Voicemail System

On Campus

  1. Dial 4000
  2. Enter your voicemail security code
  3. OR
    you may dial 6500 from any Campus phone then when the system answers,
    please enter your extension number followed by * then your password.

Retrieve Voice Mail Messages from Off Campus

  1. Dial (909) 594-5611 or (909) 274-7500      
  2. Press * 
  3. When the voice mail system prompt starts, enter your extension number, then * again.  Example: 4357*
  4. Enter your voicemail security code

Voicemail Navigation Menu 

Call Forwarding to an external number from Your Office Mitel Desk Phone***

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial the Call Forward Feature Access Code: *60 then 9 then the destination number:  *60 + 9 + 1 + Area code + 7 digit number   (example: * 60 9 1 714 555 1212)
    1. NOTE: Do not include 1 + area code for a 909 area code number  (example * 60 9 555 1212)
  1. Dial tone is returned to you for confirmation
  2. Hang up the handset

 To turn Call Forwarding Off from Your Office Mitel Desk Phone:

  1. Lift the handset.
  2. Dial the Cancel Call Forward Feature Access code: #60
  3. Dial tone is returned to you for confirmation
  4. Hang up the handset

 To Test Call Forwarding

Dial your Direct number 909 274 + your extension number from any phone.

  ***Please note that Call Forwarding does not apply to 3000-3999 extension range.

 Switchboard

The Mt. SAC switchboard is located in Building 23 Room 6150.

The switchboard operators are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
