The Technical Services Department provides services to the campus community and external clients through four operational units: Event Services, Broadcast Services, Audio Visual Services, and Performing Arts Operations. For larger events or campus projects, employees from all four units combine their skills and abilities to ensure a successful outcome.

We prepare and manage a selection of equipment for events on campus including tables, chairs, and canopies. All campus events need to have a use of facilities on file with Event Services.
Presentations Services provides support to staff and faculty with audiovisual system training and on-call emergency audiovisual classroom support.
To book an event on campus you'll want to have a few things: a few date & time choices, an idea of how many you expect to attend, will food be involved?, and 14 days leeway time.
