Destiny Lopez

Friendly, Funny, and Fabulous! Meet our girl, Destiny Lopez! She was born and raised in the sunny city of Los Angeles. She has her Associates Degree in Business Administration and is now continuing her education at Mt. SAC to further a career in Radio Broadcasting. Destiny is a Manager/Baker at a local bakery so she's always cooking up something sweet! She loves attending concerts to see her favorite bands, going to Disneyland, and spending time with friends & family!

The Bearded Beau

Musicians, Artists, Teachers, Students, and music lovers alike, The Bearded Beau is here. He comes from a place close and dear, Walnut CA. When he isn’t controlling the digital airwaves, this dude is rocking out on his guitar, working on stage, or taking some electronics apart (regardless whether he can put it back together or not.) He wants to bring the world of tunes and random facts to your radio. Like why certain sodas float and others do not or why people joke that the moon is cheese.

Zachary Green

Zachary Green is rocking your world on the stations at Mt. SAC’s campus. From a young age he knew that he was given the gift of gab and now he wants to use his gift for good and share the stories of others to the community. Zach is a jack of the trade, you may hear him disc jockeying, sport reporting, news casting, or weather reporting at any given time. He knows that through hard work and perseverance he can achieve any goal that he sets for himself.

Ana

Ana loves listening to the radio, but what she loves the most is to entertain. She is positive and outgoing, who is always ready to give you a good laugh. She was born to be on the radio.

Mireya

Mireya is a shining star who always has a smile on her face. Reigning from Jalisco, Mexico she is an enthusiastic entertainer, Talented performer it is no wonder she is a beauty pagent winner! She dreams big and encourages other to do the sameby following their hearts. Her positivity and charm will captivate you in a way that you will always have an amazing time!

Janney Alcan

Why should you tune in every Wednesday from 6 to 8pm? Because Janney Alcan is on the air to fill in that late night commute with something new. She started as a young girl who loved to sing and put on performances. When other girls played with dolls she had other interests. A charismatic attitude, a passion for music, and a voice to be heard gave Janney a clear message to pursue a career in radio! Joe Bro

Before he was born no one knew about “carpe diem.” There were no weekends. He worked his way through college by cowboying on weekends. Then, he pack-backed through Tuscany before becoming a writer, photographer and performer. He begins each day with a psalm then swims laps across the pool. The start of each evening is spent in Chandra Namaskar. It’s been said God likes to imitate his voice. His motto? Be bold! Do you want him at your next party? You do...Oh, you really do. This is Joe Bro.

Miguel Ramirez

Miguel Ramirez is a Mt. Rock Radio DJ with a passion for radio broadcasting. He began his studies in 2013, and enjoys the creative process of connecting to his audience. With his witty personality and unique perspective - Miguel gives candid thoughts on events going on in the world.

The Diceman

The Diceman has three passions in life TV, Music and Volleyball. His favorite genre of TV is Sci-Fi but his favorite show of all time is Married with Children. As for music, he like all types of rock and roll, from Metal to Motown. He is a gifted writer, with a passion for parodies. This passion inspired by his hero Weird Al Yankovic got him on the first season on America’s Got Talent. Then there’s volleyball, he plays, watches and now just recently even referees the sport. He also runs his very own volleyball meetup group on the weekends in La Verne.

Jean

Mean Jean is the nicest A-hole on 90.1 FM MT Rock Radio. He keeps it real and lets you know how he feels. You can find him at the radio station sleeping under the boards until his morning show starts. When he is not broadcasting from the brand new facilities Mean Jean keeps his ear to the ground and his eyes on the interwebs to be aware of all the latest, greatest and most unique content that you need to know about. Make sure you tune in to 90.1 FM Mt Rock radio at 8am on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to catch Mean Jean in his natural environment.

Stuart

Stuart started learning piano and guitar at age 13, and found that he had an amazing ear for music and an appreciation for songs in all their forms. And after learning how the Rock N Roll music that he grew up on, Rolling Stones, Beatles, and Led Zeppelin was actually adopted from black soul music, he now has a historical reference and a greater knowledge of all music. Now he effortlessly reviews new music with that historical background and spins the hits on Audo8ball.com with passion and delight.

Milton Mier

Milton Mier is the one and only DJ who will make your Monday afternoons feel spectacular. Milton is a full time student at Mt. SAC and a board operator for Angels radio AM 830. He finds time to work out his show and be the fluffiest guy in the station at the same time. Milton Keeps the show filled with news, comedy bits and anything that can make your day. A first year students here on Audio 8 Ball. Justine is a southern California native with a love of videogames and a passion for the weird and strange. His passions give his show an interested twist, but you will just have to tune in to see what that means.

Eric Sanchez

Eric Sanchez has traveled around the world since the age of 19. While serving 6 1/2 years in the U.S. Air Force, he realized his true heart was in radio. Eric found his way back to the States and at home in radio broadcasting here at Mt. SAC. His current focus in is behind the scenes where he hopes, through hard work and dedication, to be able to interview some of his favorite artists. His love for music can in his hobbies, playing guitar, attending music festivals, carpool karaoke, and checking out new restaurants. He can always be found at a concert or listening to music at a record store.

El Dan The Man

El Dan The Man is a child at heart. He never takes life to seriously, preferring fun over responsibilities. When you feel like escaping your daily duties El Dan is your man.

Number 4

From the cage to the air waves there is not much Number 4 is afraid to talk about or try for that matter. With his sarcastic nature and trivia packed mind Number 4 will easily keep you entertained. Be sure to tune in to one of his stage worthy performances.

Mad Man Dan

The voices in Mad Man Dan’s head told him not to listen to the doctors. He wasn’t crazy they were, so he decided escape and to join Mt. Rock Radio. The Mad Man may have a few screws loose but he knows good music and how to have a good time. Now he may be a little off his rocker but Mad Man is a great listener and can talk for hours. Just ask the voices in his head. So tune in you may be surprised how much in common you may have with a crazy person who not only likes to go fishing for fish but also for laughs.

Oscar "The Voice"

Oscar "The Voice" graduated from Arroyo High School in El Monte California. During his time there he began a path into Radio Broadcasting. His greatest stepping stone was attending the Comedy Sports improve show. While there he learned about an open announcer position rightfully named “Mr. Voice” having previously done the announcing for local little league baseball, he easily got the job. This life changing moment would then earn him the name Oscar "The Voice". Till this day “The Voice” lends his talents to advertisements, wrestling matches, Marching Band Competitions, and half time shows.

DJ Queen Haneef

DJ Queen Haneef is The Stylish Momager of two. She is the Queen of her throne on the microphone. Brining you the latest conversations from a Queens perspective. By uplifting and empowering women and men with conversations of substance. Inspiring others on their journey of education and following their dreams. No matter your age, creed or beliefs. Haneef believes that together we can make a conscience decision to change our outlook on life. And we can be that much-needed unexpected difference in one another’s journeys. Hypnotik

Hypnotik is all about the microphone, once he has it in his hands, it’s a wrap. His listeners are put into a sort of trance. His physical impairment has created an unstoppable mindset, which has put him in a position to break down barriers. Hypnotik has met all walks of life and feels a connection to everyone he meets. Nothing with him is a facade what you see is what you get. So if you ever want to kick up a conversation with him, His two passions in life sneakers and sports.

Leane

Leane is just a big kid, who is in love with everything Disney. She is obsessed with all things orange, from the color to the fruit. Leane has recently returned from Europe where she explored the amazing sights of Paris. Now that she is back home Leane is putting all her energy into her career , which includes voicing woodland creatures.

Mark Nicholas

Mark Nicholas is the embodiment of the Wild West. He is currently studying Game Design while using his western style to add a strong presence to 90.1FM MT Rock radio station. This western star plans to work in talk radio and as a voice over artist. Mark gives the best hugs on the planet.

Brenda Rey Brenda Garcia

Brenda Rey Brenda Garcia is a college freshman at Mt SAC majoring in Film Production. She has always been deeply rooted in the creative chaos that is Production. She loves adventures whether it be exploring new restaurants or skydiving with friends. You can find her nose deep in her laptop, at school, church, the theatre, or at home eating, editing, jamming to music, or playing video games! Currently, she is on a new adventure known as "Radio Lab" and is excited to venture into this new journey of learning and appreciation regardless of any fears she may have.

Michael Foss

Michael Foss is Mt Rock's News Director. He got his start at KSAK co-hosting "The Morning Climb", a packed house of four wild and crazy guys who didn't know what it means to have 'Inside Voices'. Since then, he's hosted a local music specialty show, done on-campus reports, and has now moved into the newsroom. He sleeps on a cot in the production studio and showers in the morning sprinklers. Seriously, Foss has a passion for news and an obsession with the truth. He's full of knowledge, and he's serving it up in heaping helpings. Get your fill from Foss by catching him on his Mt Rock News Breaks and on Mt. SAC's special showcase program "The Summit".

Creed Braxton

Creed Braxton is an avid video game nut who just can't get enough of them. He is an outgoing and playful kind of guy who believe that rules are meant to be broken. Creed has gotten into trouble more than once for blasting Queen and Michael Jackson songs over the intercoms at the radio stations. This loud mouth has plenty to say about everything!
