New Police and Campus Safety Phone Menu

Dear Campus Community,

 

To improve call routing and efficiency, the Mt. SAC Police and Campus Safety Department (PCS) has added a new phone menu to the 909-274-4555 line:

 

Press 1 for an emergency. Use this option for fire, medical, or police emergencies, including crimes in progress. You may also call 9-1-1 from a campus phone. (Calls to 9-1-1 from a cell phone or 9-9-1-1 from a campus phone will go to an off-campus emergency dispatch center, not PCS.)

 

Press 2 to reach the Parking Office. Use this option for all questions about parking permits, citations, appeals, or other parking matters.

 

Press 3 for general Police and Campus Safety assistance. Use this option for non-emergency matters such as suspicious circumstances, after-the-fact crime reports, door unlocks, vehicle assistance, safety escorts, general campus safety questions, etc.
