Mt. SAC strives to provide as safe a campus environment as possible in conjunction with the college’s Department of Police and Campus Safety, Student Life, Risk Management, Health Services, and Marketing and Communications.

Late Start Classes

Mt. SAC will offer a variety of late start credit classes for the spring semester with most classes beginning Monday, Apr. 23.

Presidents' Day Observation

The campus will be closed in observation of Presidents' Day on Friday, Feb. 16 (Lincoln's birthday) and Monday, Feb. 19, (Washington's birthday). Mt. SAC's spring semester begins Monday, Feb. 26.

Mt. SAC Alum Changed the Face of American Movies

As Oscar season rolls around, it's time to acknowledge one of Mt. SAC's alums who holds a record seven Academy Awards for Makeup and has made a career out of bringing monsters to life.
