Welcome to the Mathematics and Computer Science Department at Mt. SAC! We offer a variety of transfer-level courses in math and computer science. Whether you need a SLAM (Statistics and Liberal Arts Math) class or are a BSTEM (Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) major, we look forward to helping you fulfill the math requirement for your academic plan. The computer science courses we offer include fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP), and data structures. Our faculty strive to provide active learning environments in both face-to-face and online classes. We look forward to helping you build a strong math and/or computer science foundation.
