Language Quote Contest Fall 2015

Mt. SAC is building a new LLC that will be available in a couple of years. This new building will have room for a quote about language to be engraved along the Front Desk. new Front Desk image

We are therefore opening a contest this Fall. Any Mt. SAC student, faculty or staff may submit their entry for the language quote that will be used. Scroll down to fill out the contest form.

Rules:

1. Deadline: No contest entries will be accepted after 11:59pm on Dec. 5, 2015.
2. The winner will be chosen by the LLC Advisory Committee and will be based upon issues surrounding appropriateness such as not offensive, represents all language learners, and fits the space.
3. The winner may choose 2 items from the ESL Prize Closet (such as flash drives, bags, and other items).

The LLC's Language Quote Contest has been extended to Dec. 5, 2015 and expanded to all students, faculty and staff at Mt. SAC. If you can find a good language quote, please submit it at https://www.mtsac.edu/llc/quote.html
