(2016) Dr. Linda Spilker - Surprises at Saturn: Cassini Mission Highlights
Dr. Spilker is a NASA principal research scientist at JPL. She is currently the Cassini Project Scientist and a Co-Investigator on the Cassini Composite Infrared Spectrometer team. She has worked on Cassini since 1988. Since joining JPL in 1977 she has worked on the Voyager Project, the Cassini Project and conducted independent research on the origin and evolution of planetary ring systems. She
received her PhD from UCLA in geophysics and space physics. Dr. Spilker was selected to represent the Jet Propulsion Laboratories (JPL) at the 2018 World Economic Summit in Davos, Switzerland.
